Shipping Policy
United States shipping is done through the United States Postal Service by Priority Mail inside the United States, and by First Class Mail for international orders. Our intent is to mail all orders within 24 hours, however, occasionally there are circumstances when this is not possible. If you need to receive your order by a specific date, it is best to contact us through the "contact us" form on this site or email us at jackie@needleartmania.com to verify a ship date.
Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our main goal. However, if you wish to return an item YOU MUST RECEIVE AUTHORIZATION FROM US BEFORE YOU RETURN AN ITEM. Please do not return an item until you receive such authorization from us. To obtain authorization for a return, please either email us, or call us toll free at (888) 566-2642. Upon authorization the item must be returned to us within 10 days of the authorization. All returnable items must be unopened and in resalable condition.
Sorry, because of dye lot issues, fibers are not returnable nor will a refund be issued.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping of returned items. Please insure your items. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
