United States shipping is done through the United States Postal Service by Priority Mail inside the United States, and by First Class Mail International, or at your request by Priority Mail international, or Express Mail International which is much more expensive, but your parcel arrives to you sooner. ONLY EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL CAN BE TRACKED. PLEASE BE ADVISED: ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS REQUIRE US TO FILL OUT A CUSTOMS FORM. WE MUST STATE THE TRUE VALUE OF YOUR PURCHASE AND IN DOING SO, YOU ALONE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS FEES. ONCE WE HAND YOUR PACKAGE TO THE POSTAL CLERK, FROM THAT TIME FORWARD, WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR YOU TO RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE. THE ONLY WAY TO TRACK YOUR PACKAGE IS TO SHIP IT EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL, WHICH IS VERY EXPENSIVE. BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER, PLEASE REALIZE THAT IF YOU DECIDE ON FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, YOUR PACKAGE MAY TAKE TWO MONTHS OR MORE UNTIL YOU RECEIVE IT. Loss or Damage Policy
Jackie's NeedleartMania will not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in shipping. You are notified by our shipping service that your package has been shipped or that the USPS has been electronically notified to receive your package if you have supplied us with your email address. If your order has not been received in a responsible period of time (please keep in mind that if shipped First Class International - the package could take two months to receive), we will do our very best to help to locate your package. On international orders, unless your package is sent to you via Express Mail International, and insured, your order cannot be tracked or traced. Also once a package leaves the U.S. that package is out of U.S. jurisdiction. You must contact your postal and customs offices regarding your package. This stated policy is the common policy of most internet businesses.
Your complete satisfaction is our main goal. However, if you wish to return an item, You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of the item. YOU MUST RECEIVE AUTHORIZATION FROM US BEFORE YOU RETURN AN ITEM. Please do not return an item until you receive such authorization from us. To obtain authorization for a return, please either email us, or call us at 509 582-9900. Upon authorization the item must be returned to us within 10 days of the authorization. All returnable items must be unopened and in resalable condition. Custom orders that receive authorization to be returned will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee, in other words the amount credited back to your credit card will be less 25% of the original cost, and the cost to ship to you. You are responsible for shipping charges to return the item.
Sorry, because of dye lot issues, fibers are not returnable nor will a refund be issued.
